  • Exact price will be agreed during the property viewing. All quotations prior to this are estimates only.
  • By confirming the contract between Clearance-Services Ltd and our client, the client also confirms agreement to our terms and conditions.
  • The client confirms that they have the authorisation to allow us to access & to remove all items from the property.
  • We are to be notified verbally and in writing by the client regarding any items that are not be removed prior to us clearing the property. All items not to be removed should be clearly labelled.
  • The client confirms that all hazardous items have been removed from the property prior to the clearance.
  • The client confirms that appliances requiring skilled technicians to disconnect are disconnected prior to the clearance.
  • We are responsible for any damage to the property caused by our negligence during the clearance. The client confirms that we are not responsible for reasonable wear & tear caused during the property clearance.
  • All items contracted to be removed from the property automatically become the property of Clearance-Services Ltd upon completion of the clearance.
  • All Clearance-Services Ltd’s contracted payments must be settled upon job completion & within a three day period.
  • All payments are to be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
